ESPN AFC East blogger Tim Graham is naming the All-AFC team for the 2010 season and is asking for fans' help. He's named ten players to the team, but left sixteen spots open to fan voting. Now it's our turn to make sure some excellent Buffalo Bills make the list.
Graham specifically mentions two Bills players in the accompanying article. In the wide receiver category, Stevie Johnson will be up against Wes Welker, Brandon Marshall, Braylon Edwards, and Santonio Holmes. There are only two WR spots, but Johnson out-gained all the AFC East wideouts and scored more touchdowns. He did all that on statistically the worst offense in the division.
Kyle Williams has been on a roll with postseason accolades. Following his selection to the Pro Bowl, he recently was named to Peter King's All-Pro team. It's only logical that he'd receive strong consideration for this honor. Unfortunately for Williams, he's going against the other DT on King's All-Pro list in the mammoth Vince Wilfork.
Other Bills that could be considered for the All-AFC East team are ILB Paul Posluszny, who was second in the division to automatic pick Jerod Mayo in tackles, and Donte Whitner and his 140 tackles.
