2011 NFL Draft: Andrew Luck Returning To Stanford

In a move that is mildly surprising, but not remotely shocking, sophomore quarterback Andrew Luck will be returning to Stanford for his redshirt junior season in 2011.

Luck, viewed as the best available prospect in the 2011 NFL Draft, was a Heisman finalist in a redshirt sophomore season that saw him complete 70.7 percent of his passes while throwing for 3,338 yards, 32 touchdowns and just eight interceptions in 13 games. The 6'4", 235-pound Luck will turn 22 just after the start of the 2011 college football season.

With Luck staying at Stanford, the obvious question now becomes which prospect the Carolina Panthers will select with the No. 1 overall pick in the 2011 NFL Draft. That decision will greatly impact who the Buffalo Bills select two picks later.
