Bills vs. Dolphins Injury Report: George Wilson Doubtful

The Buffalo Bills will likely be without strong safety George Wilson for Sunday's Week 11 game against the Miami Dolphins.

Bills head coach Chan Gailey told reporters Friday that Wilson - dealing with a stinger suffered in Dallas - has been listed as doubtful, though they're holding out hope he can play. Wilson did not practice at all this week, and in the likely event he doesn't play, he'll likely be replaced in the lineup by rookie Da'Norris Searcy.

Three more players are listed as questionable: receiver Stevie Johnson (shoulder), tackle Demetrius Bell (shoulder) and end Spencer Johnson (calf). Both Johnsons practiced on Friday, as did Bell. Chris Hairston has already been named the starter at left tackle. Stevie has been getting treatment all week, and will probably give it a go on Sunday.

Finally, three more players are probable. David Nelson (ankle, illness) will assume his usual role in the receiving corps. Erik Pears (groin) will hold down the fort at right tackle after an early-week scare, and Chris Kelsay (calf) will be returning to the outside linebacker spot after missing two weeks.
