The Buffalo Bills returned to the practice field on Wednesday to begin preparations for this Sunday's crucial divisional contest with the New York Jets. In doing so, the team took the field alongside three injured teammates that had missed the last several games.
As expected, wide receiver Donald Jones and cornerback Aaron Williams practiced on Wednesday, though Chris Brown of BuffaloBills.com noted that both appeared very limited. Nothing was said about the limitations on a third returning player, left tackle Chris Hairston, who took first-team reps on the blind side.
Sitting out the practice today were two remaining injured Bills: left tackle Demetrius Bell and defensive tackle Kyle Williams. Both of those players are very likely out this weekend; Williams definitely won't play. Bell and Williams were joined on the sidelines by two players resting (and they've rested before): left guard Andy Levitre and running back Johnny White.
