If there's a benefit to putting a player or two on Injured Reserve each and every week, it's that the Buffalo Bills have been able to sign healthy bodies to the back end of their injury-riddled roster. As such, as the IR list grows by the week, the list of players missing practice seems to dwindle each week.
The Bills took to the practice field today to begin preparations for the Tennessee Titans, and just two players were absent: cornerback Leodis McKelvin and safety George Wilson. Chan Gailey told reporters today that McKelvin will likely practice tomorrow, while he's hoping Wilson can get onto the field on Friday.
Meanwhile, wide receiver Naaman Roosevelt returned to the practice field after missing all of last week (including Sunday's game) with a shoulder injury. Roosevelt has been relegated to fourth receiver duties, however, after the emergence of Brad Smith as the team's No. 2 receiver last week. Still, getting Roosevelt back into the fold does wonders for the team's alarming lack of depth at that position.
