For a second straight week, the Buffalo Bills will be without tight end Scott Chandler when they take on the Miami Dolphins on Sunday.
Chandler, who also sat out last week's loss to San Diego, was replaced in the lineup by the combination of Lee Smith and Mike Caussin. Neither was able to do much in place of Chandler, who is having himself a nice season (35 receptions, 360 yards, six scores).
The news isn't all bad on the injury front, however, as cornerback Aaron Williams will return to the starting lineup after missing a week with a knee injury. Dave Rayner, who missed practice Wednesday and was limited Thursday, will also be ready to kick on Sunday.
Finally, in a bit of expected non-injury news, Demetrius Bell has been named the starter at left tackle for the Dolphins game. His last pre-free agency look will relegate rookie Chris Hairston back to a reserve role, though he could see some time anyway. Bell and Hairston split reps at left tackle a week ago.
