This is an interesting one: the Buffalo Bills will reportedly host Texas A&M outside linebacker Von Miller on a pre-draft visit at their Orchard Park headquarters. The report comes via Pat Moran at BuffaloSportsDaily.com.
Miller, as most of you are well aware, threw himself squarely into the center of the ongoing labor battle between the NFL and the trade association formerly known as the NFLPA. Miller was named as a plaintiff in an anti-trust lawsuit against the league designed to prevent owners from preventing salary restrictions on rookies in the event that a work stoppage is avoided and old league rules are used once the lockout is blocked.
Meanwhile, Rob Rang of CBSSports.com reported from Saturday's Arizona pro day that pass rusher Brooks Reed has scheduled pre-draft visits with three teams, including the Bills. Reed, who like Miller had impressive workouts at the Senior Bowl and the Combine, is being looked at by 3-4 teams as an outside linebacker, but concerns linger over his lack of production (8.5 sacks in his final two years) despite his above-average athelticism.
