Baker's Dozen Character Scouting Report: J.J. Watt

This post is part of a continuing series in which we break down 13 2011 NFL Draft prospects - our Baker's Dozen - that should interest the Buffalo Bills. Keep up to date on our Baker's Dozen series here.

Yesterday, we talked about how ferocious Wisconsin junior defensive lineman J.J. Watt is when he's on the football field. Off the field, he's anything but.

Unusually involved in off-field charitable efforts, Watt has already launched the Justin J. Watt Foundation, which exists to provide funding to elementary and middle schools to start up after-school athletic programs for area youth. According to this Sports Illustrated piece, the initiative kicked off in Madison, Wisconsin, where Watt attended college. The endeavor will likely follow him to his new NFL city.

The foundation already has an in-process website, a presence on Twitter, and a motto: Dream Big and Work Hard. A strong leader by example in a team setting, it looks like Watt's already doing bigger and better things in the community. Seems like the kind of guy any NFL team would be happy to have.
