Discussion: How Could Bills Improve Game Day Experience?

Mike Florio at Pro Football Talk linked to an interesting radio transcript involving Tampa Bay Buccaneers co-chairman Bryan Glazer. In his radio appearance, Glazer was asked about whether or not his team was actively attempting to compete with the HDTV experience that fans can get watching football from the comfort of their homes.

"We talk about that all the time," Glazer said via JoeBucsFan.com. "We have to make the in-game experience more fun than the home experience. At home, you are just steps from the refrigerator. In-stadium, there is no way to match that experience. But it is a challenge."

That got us thinking: how could the Buffalo Bills improve the game-day experience?

We know that the popular answer, were we not to include this paragraph, would be "winning." That is the obvious answer, and we know that y'all are much more creative than that. Aside from a better on-field product, how could the Bills better draw you to Ralph Wilson Stadium on Sundays?
