Buffalo Bills Preseason Schedule Officially Set

With the NFL lockout over, the league is working as quickly as it can to officially set rules for a quick startup to the 2011 league year. The latest offering from the NFL is a confirmation of their pre-season schedule. Things look pretty much the same for the Buffalo Bills, who'll begin playing exhibition football in just 18 days.

Buffalo will open its pre-season schedule on the road in Chicago on August 13, where they'll play the Bears at 8PM ET. A week later, on August 20, they'll get an 8:30 ET start in Denver against the Broncos.

Following those two dates, the Bills will close out their pre-season schedule at home. On August 27, they'll host the Jacksonville Jaguars at 7:00 in the evening, and that will also be the team's annual Kids Night at Ralph Wilson Stadium. The pre-season schedule will wrap up with a home tilt against the Detroit Lions at 6:30 on Thursday, September 1.

Then, of course, 10 days after that pre-season finale, it's onto the regular season, when the Bills will travel to face the Kansas City Chiefs at 1PM on September 11.
