The Buffalo Bills are 2-0. They've defeated the reigning AFC West champions and a serious contender for that same crown this year by a combined score of 79-42. There are serious questions yet to be answered - starting just how good, or bad, this defense really is - but for another week, life is good in Western New York.

Buffalo's next opponent - hosted this coming Sunday at Ralph Wilson Stadium in Orchard Park - is the New England Patriots, a team that they have not beaten since September 7, 2003, well over eight years ago now. Clearly, the team has bigger fish to fry than doing a little advance scouting on an opponent they'll play in a month. We don't, however, and Monday Night Football gives us Bills fans to catch the New York Giants tonight.

The Giants, 0-1 after a 28-14 Week 1 loss at the hands of the Washington Redskins, are set to kick off with the St. Louis Rams in just a few minutes. The Bills will travel to play the Giants in Week 6 on October 16, their last game prior to their Week 7 bye. We know you're itching to watch more football and talk about the Bills; this is a good way to do it while keeping an eye toward the distant future. Enjoy the game tonight, folks.
