The New England Patriots have listed 15 players on their Week 3 injury report heading into a Sunday showdown with the Buffalo Bills. Of those 15 players, three are officially listed as out: tight end Aaron Hernandez, offensive tackle Sebastian Vollmer and defensive tackle Mike Wright.
As is Bill Belichick's custom, he's also got an inordinate amount of players listed as questionable - eight, to be exact. Chief among those players are defensive tackle Albert Haynesworth, linebacker Jerod Mayo, cornerback Ras-I Dowling, safety Patrick Chung and punter Zoltan Mesko. Haynesworth and Dowling did not practice on Friday, while Chung made a surprise return to the practice field in a limited capacity. It'd previously been reported that Chung would miss the game.
Four Patriots players are listed as probable, including cornerbacks Leigh Bodden and Kyle Arrington.
We covered the Bills Week 3 injury report earlier this afternoon; Kraig Urbik, Kirk Morrison and Terrence McGee are all out, while Steve Johnson, Spencer Johnson and Torell Troup are all probable.
UPDATE: NFL.com's Jason La Canfora reports that both Haynesworth and Chung have been downgraded to OUT for Sunday.
