The Buffalo Bills have lost two key players in the game this game against the Miami Dolphins. Scott Chandler and Da'Norris Searcy are done for the game and possibly longer after sustaining injuries.
Chandler was injured on Buffalo's opening drive after gaining 25 yards on a reception up the left seam. Immediately upon hitting the ground he signaled for the trainers. After being carried off the field, he was carted to the locker room. He has 43 receptions and six touchdowns on the season but another knee injury could hamper his offseason.
Da'Norris Searcy is back on the sideline in street clothes per Joe Buscaglia of the Buffalo Bills radio network. He was also injured in the first half with a reported groin injury. Searcy was getting more playing time as the season wore on, challenging veteran George Wilson for snaps.
We'll find out more about both after the game and on Monday. Cornerback Stephon Gilmore also left the game for some time but is back on the field after being evaluated for a head injury.
