Buffalo Bills Talking To Mario Manningham, Per Adam Schefter

As it turns out, Mario Williams is not the only free agent that the Buffalo Bills are talking to named Mario. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Bills are one of three teams in the hunt for the services of New York Giants free agent wide receiver Mario Manningham.

Per Schefter, the Miami Dolphins and San Francisco 49ers are also in on Manningham, as well.

Manningham, who will turn 26 in May, is coming off of a memorable 2011 post-season in which he caught 13 passes for 189 yards and three touchdowns as the Giants won four straight games to capture a Super Bowl title. The 6'0", 185-pound speedster has a career yards-per-catch average of 14.5, and is conceivably being courted by Buffalo to be the team's No. 2 receiver.

Robert Meachem was the Bills' ideal target at receiver, but he signed a four-year deal with the San Diego Chargers very early Wednesday morning. Now, as the Bills attempt to close the deal with Mario Williams, they may have another Mario in mind to slot in between Stevie Johnson and David Nelson.
