Bills inactives: QB Tarvaris Jackson, RB Fred Jackson, OT Sam Young, OG Colin Brown, DE Kyle Moore, LB Kirk Morrison, SS Delano HowellIn Week 1, both the Buffalo Bills and the Kansas City Chiefs were handled with relative ease by their respective opponents. Buffalo dropped a 48-28 road decision to the hated Jets, while the Chiefs were dropped 40-24 by the Falcons at Arrowhead Stadium.

Today, these two teams - both with post-season aspirations - square off at Ralph Wilson Stadium thinking the same thing: that if they're going to fulfill those aspirations, this is a game they must win. Both teams have a considerable amount of talent on both sides of the ball. If all goes well, this should be a very competitive and entertaining game.
