When the Buffalo Bills took the practice field on Wednesday as they continue preparations for their Week 1 matchup with the New York Jets, a player previously believed to be completely healthy was riding a stationary bike on the sidelines. That player? Starting right guard Kraig Urbik.

Fear not, however: Urbik told reporters after practice that he was simply given a rest day for his tight back, and that he expects to be back on the practice field tomorrow.

Stevie Johnson was a limited participant on Wednesday as he continues to try to keep his groin as healthy as possible. That's not a major concern for the moment, but just as it was in 2011, it's something to keep in mind. The only other player on the injury report to this point is Brad Smith, who was also limited today. The Bills, if all goes according to plan, will have all of these players available on Sunday, and will be picking a game day roster from a full cast of 53 players.
