Yesterday was a phenomenal day of professional football. In the weekend opener, we got to see a double-overtime thriller between two excellent teams headlined by NFL legends, with Ray Lewis and Baltimore barely edging out Peyton Manning and Denver in one of the best playoff games you'll ever see. Then, in the night cap, we saw another historic performance - this time from San Francisco quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who threw for 263 yards, ran for 181 - a playoff record for a signal caller - and scored four total touchdowns in a 45-31 rout of Green Bay.
How the heck do you follow that up? We'll know by this evening, when two more games have been played and next week's conference championship games are decided.
First up today: Atlanta and Seattle will square off in Georgia for the right to take on San Francisco in the NFC championship game next Sunday. If you'd like to chat with fans of either of those teams today, be sure to stop by The Falcoholic and/or Field Gulls. This thread is otherwise open for business; who are you expecting to see playing for the right to go to the Super Bowl next weekend?
