Bills-Bengals final score: Buffalo falls to Cincinnati in OT, 27-24

The Buffalo Bills battled back from a 24-10 deficit, but it wasn't enough as they fell in overtime, 27-24, to the Cincinnati Bengals.

The Buffalo Bills made it exciting, but a big punt return in overtime was enough to get the Cincinnati Bengals into scoring position, and a Mike Nugent field goal broke the tie as Buffalo lost at home, 27-24.

Buffalo's defense stiffened in the second half and Thaddeus Lewis threw two fourth quarter touchdown passes to force  overtime. The first of those two touchdowns was a 22-yard pass to Scott Chandler on 4th and 8. On the second, Marquise Goodwin found the end zone for the first time in his young career on a 40-yard bomb.

Lewis threw for 216 yards and those two touchdowns and added a rushing score in his second career start. C.J. Spiller gutted out 55 of 130 rushing yards for Buffalo, while T.J. Graham paced the receivers with four catches for 74 yards without Stevie Johnson.

Sitting at 2-4, Buffalo now heads to Miami to play the hated Miami Dolphins coming off a bye week. Let the second-guessing commence!
