2014 NFL Draft Order: Buffalo Bills No. 7 after Week 11

The Buffalo Bills won a game on Sunday, but dropped just one spot in the 2014 NFL Draft order as a result.

While some people may be thinking playoffs after the Buffalo Bills' resounding win over the New York Jets, at 4-7 it's still a long shot. With the win, the Bills moved down one spot in the 2014 NFL Draft order heading into their bye week. We won't go into specifics on strength of schedule tiebreakers just yet, mainly for our own sanity.

The Washington Redskins leaped over the Bills this week after their comeback bid was stymied this week. They fell to 3-7, but won't use the pick anyway, as they moved it to St. Louis as part of the RGIII trade.

1. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-9)
2-5. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (2-8)
2-5. Minnesota Vikings (2-8)
2-5. Houston Texans (2-8)
2-5. Atlanta Falcons (2-8)
6. St. Louis Rams via Washington Redskins (3-7)
7. Buffalo Bills (4-7)
8-15. New York Giants (4-6)
8-15. Oakland Raiders (4-6)
8-15. Pittsburgh Steelers (4-6)
8-15. St. Louis Rams (4-6)
8-15. Baltimore Ravens (4-6)
8-15. Cleveland Browns (4-6)
8-15. San Diego Chargers (4-6)
8-15. Tennessee Titans (4-6)
16-19. Dallas Cowboys (5-5)
16-19. Miami Dolphins (5-5)
16-19. New York Jets (5-5)
16-19. Green Bay Packers (5-5)

In SB Nation's latest mock draft, Matthew Fairburn has the Bills taking University of Buffalo linebacker Khalil Mack at the No. 7 spot to solidify the defense.

7. Buffalo Bills - Khalil Mack, Linebacker, Buffalo: The Bills' defense has taken a big step forward in 2013, and the pieces are in place for the unit to continue to improve in the coming years. Buffalo could have a chance to add yet another dynamic talent to its front seven in the 2014 NFL Draft, though. Khalil Mack of Buffalo is a strong bet to wind up in the top 10, and there may not be a better fit than the NFL team which resides in the same city as his college team. Mack would complement Bills standout rookie Kiko Alonso nicely.

How would you feel about that, Bills fans?
