The Buffalo Bills get set to host the Kansas City Chiefs tomorrow.

Lewis doubtful; starting QB still to be decided -
"We’re trying to hold out to see if Thad will be ready. We feel that if he is, we have the option to play him if he’s healthy enough for us to win," he said. "When you’re dealing with muscle injuries, they kind of take it all the way up until game time. This one’s a pain tolerance situation to see what he can do."

Spiller almost all the way back -
"I feel good," Spiller told "I’m getting back to my old self. Everything is coming back just like we planned, so that’s why coach listed me as probably. We’ve had great discussions this whole week about seeing how it’s feeling and how it’s reacting. Everything has been on schedule so it’s definitely starting to come back to what I’m accustomed to."

Inside The Bills | No matter who is at QB, experience limited
"EJ Manuel began the season without any NFL starts and now has five. Matt Flynn, who just finished his third practice week with the Bills, has three career NFL starts. Thad Lewis, who is doubtful to play this week, has four career starts now, all but one with Buffalo. Jeff Tuel has no NFL starts."

"It’s a unique situation, but you have to be ready to go with whoever’s out there," said Bills offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett. "That’s my goal. I’ve got to try to call a game to help whoever’s out there."

Bills notebook: Season’s third starting quarterback likely - Sports - The Buffalo News

"It seems a little strange to me that the Bills are only a three-point dog," Staniszewski said. "And that line hasn't really moved all week."

NFL fines from week 8 - ESPN
Mario Williams was fined $7,875 by the NFL on Friday for his facemask of Drew Brees. It bothers me that his fine was the same as a guy like David Nelson, who was hit for unnecessary roughness. Nelson is making league minimum and Williams has a $100 million contract. Doesn't seem right.

Thaddeus Lewis is the biggest question but stopping the Chiefs defense and C.J. Spiller return highlight this game preview.

Is Bills game a 'trap game'? No, there's no such thing - FOX Sports KC
"When you're a coach you just kind of go toward each game," Chiefs coach Andy Reid told me. "You respect each opponent. That's the only way I know how to work. I don't really think much (about trap games)."
