Buffalo Bills wide receiver Stevie Johnson is not expected to play in Sunday's regular season finale against the New England Patriots.
Johnson, who also missed last week's home finale against the Miami Dolphins, remains in California with his family as they mourn the death of his mother, Rhonda Lewis. Her funeral is today.
Stevie Johnson is not expected to play. "He has to be strong for his family today," Marrone said.

It has been a trying year for Johnson - obviously, that's saying a mouthful - as it looks like he'll end the 2013 season having missed four games (two due to injury) and accumulating 52 receptions for 597 yards with three touchdowns. Those are easily career lows since he became a full-time starter in 2010.
Our thoughts and prayers are with Johnson and his family on this tremendously difficult day. Perhaps next season, we'll be treated to a lot more vintage No. 13 play.
