For a second straight week, the Buffalo Bills' inactive list is populated entirely by healthy scratches as the team heads into their game with 53 healthy players on the active roster.
Frank Summers is the most interesting name on this week's inactive list. The Bills' lone fullback will sit this one out as the Bills activate third-string running back Ronnie Wingo and reserve tight end Chris Gragg; the Bills also have Evan Rodriguez in the fold who can serve as a lead blocker.
Two other switches from the norm: Ty Powell will dress for his Bills debut, relegating Jamaal Westerman to the inactive list; and Mark Asper will be in street clothes, giving way to J.J. Unga as the team's top interior line reserve today.
Signed to the 53-man roster earlier this week after finally getting healthy following his ouster from Kansas City, Tony Moeaki has just a few days under his belt with his new team and won't be active until Doug Marrone and the coaching staff believes he's ready to contribute (or injury forces him into action).
The remaining three inactives for the Bills have been that way for a while: quarterback Jeff Tuel, guard Antoine McClain and cornerback Brandon Smith.
