He also states that with Tarvaris Jackson, Ryan Fitzpatrick and a drafted rookie the team "won't be in position to challenge New England in 2013." I'm at a loss for how Alex Smith would have changed that or the addition of "another significant veteran quarterback," as if there is an abundance of those guys available that could help the Bills challenge New England.
