Buffalo Bills News, 2/21: Scouting Combine In Full Swing In Indianapolis

The 2013 NFL Scouting Combine began with interviews on Wednesday night. Assistant General Manager Doug Whaley has been everywhere in the press talking about what to watch for and how the Bills will be tackling the annual event.
