2013 NFL Draft: Landry Jones, Ryan Swope to visit Buffalo Bills

The Bills have been busy meeting with draft prospects at team headquarters this week.

A busy week continues for the Buffalo Bills, as reports surfaced Thursday of two more 2013 NFL Draft prospects that will be making pre-draft visits in Orchard Park this week.

Per Ian Rapoport of NFL.com, Oklahoma quarterback Landry Jones will be at One Bills Drive on Friday for a visit. This comes after Buffalo traveled to Oklahoma to conduct a private workout with the four-year starter just last week. The 6'4", 225-pound Jones is widely considered a possibility to be off the board in the third or fourth round.

Coming into town today (Thursday) is Texas A&M wide receiver Ryan Swope, who confirmed the news himself on SiriusXM NFL Radio last night. A highly productive collegian in A&M's wide open offense (252 receptions, 3,117 yards, 24 touchdowns in his four-year career), the 6'0", 205-pound Swope profiles as a perimeter receiver thanks to his size and speed (4.38 seconds in the 40-yard dash). He, too, is considered a Day 2 or early Day 3 prospect.

The Bills have confirmed seven pre-draft visitors in the last two days. That list includes quarterbacks E.J. Manuel (Florida State) and Mike Glennon (North Carolina State), wide receiver Russell Shepard (LSU), linebacker Jamie Collins (Southern Mississippi) and safeties Cooper Taylor (Richmond), Malcolm Bronson (McNeese State) and Jonathan Meeks (Clemson).
