Buffalo Bills news, 5/28: cornerback Justin Rogers taking first team reps

Justin Rogers has been taking first team reps at cornerback with Leodis McKelvin recovering from groin surgery. Shouldn't the Bills be concerned about that position?

CB Rogers gets chance on boundary - BuffaloBills.com

"With Leodis McKelvin still not full go in practice as he recovers from offseason groin surgery, Rogers has been getting first team reps at cornerback on the outside opposite Stephon Gilmore. Rogers mostly matched up on the outside at the University of Richmond, but he found playing time in the slot in his first two seasons in Buffalo."

I can't be the only one concerned about McKelvin and Gilmore making it through an entire season. I also can't be the only one that's nervous about Rogers being the top replacement and seeing time against opponents' top receivers.

Simply put, the Williams saga is embarrassing - Olean Times Herald
"What’s certain is that the dueling lawsuits will become ugly. And Williams’ desire to retrieve that ring has ultimately portrayed him as a mentally fragile athlete ... not the best image of a player for whom the Bills invested nearly nine figures over six seasons while making him the NFL’s highest-paid defensive player."
