The 2013 NFL preseason has finally arrived for the Buffalo Bills and the Indianapolis Colts, who are set to kick off each team's preseason opener in just about 60 minutes.
Which Bills players will not be participating in this contest? Here's the inactive list: Stevie Johnson (hamstring), Brad Smith (unknown), Kevin Elliott (shoulder), Scott Chandler (rest - knee), Mike Caussin (hip), Chris Hairston (PUP - back), Keith Williams (unknown), Aaron Tipoti (unknown), Keith Pough (unknown), Leodis McKelvin (soreness), Justin Rogers (hamstring), and Jairus Byrd (no-show).
Smith, Chandler and McKelvin did not make the trip to Indy. Keep in mind, also, that Kevin Kolb (knee) is only slated to play if needed in an emergency situation. EJ Manuel starts at quarterback. Robert Woods will run with the ones in place of Johnson, and Ron Brooks replaces McKelvin in the starting lineup. Also expected to play, though obviously not for long: Mario Williams and Kyle Williams.
