The Buffalo Bills are back on the practice field Tuesday morning for an 8AM session, and they've started their morning off by announcing the release of punter Brian Stahovich.
Signed as a tryout player back in May to compete with incumbent punter Shawn Powell, Stahovich had a solid camp, and was many times the more consistent performer between he and Powell. It was always evident, however, that Powell had the bigger leg - and Powell was also the more trustworthy holder, as evidenced by his 10 special teams snaps to Stahovich's three on Sunday in Indianapolis. The writing was on the wall, and the Bills made Powell their punter officially this morning.
As always, we'll have updates on what the rest of the team is doing in this morning's practice right here in this thread, and the comment section is all yours.

#Bills Kolb comes out firing. Left knee looks much improved. Scrambles well out of pocket to avoid rush. Next up hits 88 on 70-yard bomb.

Watching #Bills WR Marquise Goodwin... Man. He looks like a football player, not just a track guy. Just caught a deep ball. He flies.
— Ian Rapoport (@RapSheet) August 13, 2013
Another guy having a good camp for #Bills: WR Chris Hogan. Remember 7-eleven from Hard Knocks? Same guy. Been getting open all practice

EJ has better stretch in next session. Great out to Goodwin. Then drops perfect pass to Hogan up right sideline. Hits him in stride. #Bills.

Kolb to Da'Rick deep ball. It'd be hard to believe that there's a set of DBs in NFL camps getting torched deep as consistently as the Bills.

#Bills Aaron Williams comes off limping complaining of sore left hamstring.

Marrone: WR TJ Graham will likely be out for the rest of the week with a hamstring pull. Should return after Vikings game.
