One week from today, the Buffalo Bills will need to cut their roster down to 53 players in preparation for the NFL regular season. Today, they start a whirlwind week-long process of reaching that eventuality with a preseason game on the road against the Washington Redskins.
Three players will not suit up for the Bills this afternoon: rookie quarterback EJ Manuel has a knee injury that everybody knows about by now, while pass rusher Kourtnei Brown will miss his second straight exhibition game with an injury of his own. Jairus Byrd is healthy - and he conducted a brief workout at FedExField earlier today with Bills trainers - but won't suit up, as he's been back in the fold for less than three days.
We're chatting about the first half of this contest below. Again, a reminder: do not request or provide links for illegal game streams on our pages. Enjoy the first half, and go Bills!
