"The biggest thing I wasn’t hesitant and that was really going to be my biggest mental hurdle. Was I going to be hesitant on my cut? And I wasn’t. I was able to push off it. There’s still some soreness in there, it’s not completely where I want it to be. But by Sunday I think it’ll be completely gone. It was one of those things where yesterday it felt a certain way and today I woke up and it felt great. So we’re going to see how it reacts tomorrow when I wake up and if it’s good to go I’ll practice again."

"We’ve been down that road ourselves, so we understand the injury part of it. We had no healthy scratches out of the seven guys last week, so we’ve been battling injuries as well. I think every team faces that."

Inside The Bills | CB Rogers puts last Sunday behind him
"Yeah I think I’ve been able to do for the most part," said Rogers following Wednesday’s practice. "It was unfortunate and I was kind of hard on myself. The thing about this game is you’ve got to move on and I think my teammates and especially coaches they’ve really been pushing me to move on. By them telling me to move on and short term memory and getting out there today and being able to practice I kind of put it behind me."

"No," Byrd said Wednesday at his locker. "I mean, I don’t want to see them do bad. I’ve said that since Day One. But me going out there at less than 100 percent isn’t going to help the case, either. I can’t do anything about it. That’s the tough part."

Bills’ quick pace does defense no favors - The Buffalo News
"Playing fast is great if you’re sustaining drives and stopping people. The Bills aren’t doing either, and it’s killing their defense, which has settled into its customary place near the bottom of the league stats."

QB Watch: Bills' EJ Manuel - ESPN
"It's tough to see Manuel putting up big numbers against this Ravens defense. The Bills' best bet could be to get behind the Ravens' pass rush with dump-offs and screen passes. It's a dink-and-dunk style, but the Bills could opt for it after last week's breakdowns in pass protection. It's not what Buffalo wants to do offensively, but keeping Manuel's passes short and manageable might help Sunday."
