More from our team sites
Greetings, Buffalo Bills fans. Welcome to the start of the fourteenth consecutive slate of NFL playoff games that don't include our favorite team as competitors. Care to watch good football teams duke it out for post-season glory together?
This is an open thread for the first game of the 2014 NFL playoff bracket, which sees the 11-5 Indianapolis Colts hosting the 11-5 Kansas City Chiefs at Lucas Oil Stadium. The Chiefs are back in the post-season under the watchful eye of new head coach Andy Reid, while the Colts are in for the second time in as many years with Chuck Pagano and Andrew Luck leading the way. Indy will be trying to advance in the playoffs, which they were unable to do a year ago, while the Chiefs' task will be to win their first playoff game in 20 years.
Indianapolis visited Kansas City on December 22, surprising some with a dominant 23-7 victory in one of the more difficult stadiums to play a road game. Not only do the Chiefs have to overcome that 20-year long hill, they've got to return the favor on Indianapolis' home field.
Let's watch and discuss playoff football, shall we, Bills fans? Who do you like in this contest?
