What mid-season adjustments should the Buffalo Bills make?

At 4-3 nearing the midway point of the 2014 season, the Buffalo Bills are right in the thick of the AFC playoff chase. What adjustments do they need to make to be there at the end of the year?

Timothy T. Ludwig-USA TODAY Sports

The Buffalo Bills are 4-3 heading into a key Week 8 divisional matchup with the New York Jets, and Hall of Fame running back Marshall Faulk is wondering what adjustments Bills fans would like to see the team make as they continue their push for the postseason.

To get the conversation rolling, I'll hearken back to a suggestion that I made earlier this week (and I'm well aware that I'm not even remotely the only person suggesting it): swapping Kraig Urbik in at left guard over struggling rookie Cyril Richardson. The Bills have very serious pass protection issues, and as they're throwing the football over 41 times per game, they need to upgrade as soon as possible. Urbik isn't a world-beater, but he's experienced, and would quickly bring the left guard position significantly closer to league average.

What other adjustments would you like to see the Bills make?
