It's been a long time since the Buffalo Bills played a game in Orchard Park. A snow storm forced their last home game to Detroit (they're now 2-0 in the Motor City, the same number of wins they have at Ralph Wilson Stadium). Today they face former defensive coordinator Mike Pettine's Cleveland Browns in a playoff game in the AFC.
Some trash talk was exchanged leading up to this week, aimed specifically at former Bills DB Donte Whitner. Fred Jackson called him an "idiot" and they were off to the races. It will be something fun to watch this week. Whitner will be joined by former Bill Jim Leonhard, who steps into the lineup. The safeties might be a place to target for Kyle Orton.
There is no snow on the ground. It's over 50 degrees. It's time for football to make its return to One Bills Drive. We're talking about the first half of this pivotal game right here. Enjoy yourselves, and go Bills!
