NFL Draft 2014: Cody Latimer scheduled to visit Buffalo Bills

A 6'2" receiver with good production in a strong conference, a 39-inch vertical and sub-4.4 speed? Well yeah, of course the Bills are interested.

Indiana wide receiver Cody Latimer confirmed to reporters following his impressive Wednesday pro day that he has scheduled pre-draft visits with four teams, including the Buffalo Bills.

Latimer is the third name we know of that has plans to visit the Bills this spring, joining North Carolina tight end Eric Ebron and Baylor running back Lache Seastrunk.

A junior entrant in the 2014 NFL Draft, Latimer is coming off of an excellent final season with the Hoosiers in which he caught 72 passes for 1,096 yards and nine touchdowns. Coupled with a solid sophomore season, Latimer's Indiana career ended with 135 receptions, 2,042 yards and 17 touchdowns in three years.

At 6'2" and 215 pounds, and having posted a 4.39-second 40-yard dash (which he did not run at February's NFL Combine) and a 39-inch vertical jump, Latimer has the type of top-level athletic numbers that the Bills covet.

The Bills do not confirm pre-draft visitors until they're in the building. We will continue to keep track of the visitors that the team has lined up through the rest of the spring months as draft day approaches.
