Buffalo Bills training camp 2014: Day 3 open thread

Tuesday brings the first padded practice of 2014 Buffalo Bills training camp, and we'll have all of the pertinent news and notes from St. John Fisher flowing in this open thread bright and early this morning.

Kevin Hoffman-USA TODAY Sports

At 8:10 a.m. this morning, the Buffalo Bills will be back on the Growney Stadium field at St. John Fisher for a milestone practice; this will be the first session of the 2014 season in which the team is allowed to wear pads. With the practice taking place early in the morning, the team should work around most of a sunny, 88-degree day in Western New York, so hopefully the cramping issues that several players experienced on Monday won't return as the intensity moves up another notch.

We'll update this thread throughout the morning with pertinent news and notes from those on the scene at Tuesday's practice. While you're waiting for the news to start flowing, be sure to watch last night's episode of Buffalo Rumblings Live, embedded below. WGR 550's Joe Buscaglia spent an hour with Matt Warren combing through all of the early-camp story lines, and breaking down the team's roster piece by piece in forecasting what the final 53-man roster might look like in six weeks. Enjoy!
