One week ago this evening, the Buffalo Bills began the 2014 season with their first training camp practice at St. John Fisher College. In just a few short minutes, they'll be back on the turf at Growney Stadium for their seventh practice in eight days in near-perfect weather conditions in Pittsford.

Including today's session, the Bills have five more practices scheduled before they travel to Canton, Ohio to take on the New York Giants in next Sunday's season-opening Hall of Fame Game. As usual, we will be updating this thread with news and notes from the fields at Fisher, so ready your finger for the F5 button and enjoy the Bills' seventh practice of the new season with us.

7-on-7: @ajwilliams23 lays a big hit on FB Summers, loses his helmet; Thad Lewis threads needle to @SpeedBi11s for a seam TD. #BillsCamp

Bills using Watkins-Woods-Hogan as their top WR combo in 11-11s today, as they've mixed in. Hogan with two catches to start
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Two catches in traffic from Chris Hogan early in 11-on-11 drills. Making a strong case for a roster spot.

Scott Chabdler walking off the field with a trainer. Heading for the locker room

Mike Williams getting in the mix, making a finger top along the sideline over CB Michael Carter

Offensive line allows its first sack of 11-11s. Coincidence or not, Doug Marrone calls offensive huddle
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Duke Williams back into practice. Doesn't look to be anything major with him
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Marcell Dareus was a force today in 1-on-1 pass rush drills. Easily won all three of his matchups, even drawing flag against Henderson

LG Chris Williams comes up with a slight limp after a drill. Trainers coming over
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Kevin Elliott can't reel in 3 consecutive passes from Jeff Tuel. Now talking to trainers
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Kevin Elliot just dropped a pass in the end zone and is now getting looked at on the sidelines. Took a hard hit a few plays ago.
— Matthew Fairburn (@MatthewFairburn) July 27, 2014
Trainer now coming over to see Tuel. Looks like a lower left leg
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Kevin Elliott walking off the field slowly with trainers. Tuel looks to be OK
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Coach Henderson asks for a sub at safety and Marcell Dareus volunteers first. He was serious but everyone else cracked up. #Bills

Anthony Dixon getting a lot of snaps during goal line drills at #Bills practice.

Sammy Watkins' concentration with ball in air is excellent. Just stopped along sideline, reached over defender for great catch
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Dareus and Mario mostly unblock able again today ... Sammy Watkins has a 25-foot "catch radius"- just out leaped RBrooks dn sline
— Mark Gaughan (@gggaughan) July 27, 2014
Best thing I can compare Watkins to is a basketball player who is a natural finisher under the rim. Seems like everything slows down for him
— Mike Rodak (@mikerodak) July 27, 2014
Bills wrap up practice after 2 hours, 52 minutes. Much of crowd has left. These are long ones.
