Buffalo Bills news, 7/28: rebound day for Bills offense

The Bills are now a full seven practices into training camp, and reporters are thinking big-picture about EJ Manuel, Sammy Watkins, and the look and feel of the entire offense this morning.

Quick PSA before we dive into today's links: if you were planning on attending the Bills' training camp practice on Monday, know that it has been moved to a 6 p.m. start time (from 8 a.m.) to account for a series of thunderstorms rolling through the area today.
