Bills vs. Steelers, preseason 2014: Leodis McKelvin headlines inactives

New, comments

The Buffalo Bills won't have a full complement of players tonight against the Steelers. See who is out right here, starting once again with Leodis McKelvin.

Kim Klement-USA TODAY Sports

The Buffalo Bills will be without several key members of their squad when they face the Pittsburgh Steelers in Week 2 (though the third game) of the preseason tonight.

Projected starters Leodis McKelvin, Chris Williams, and Cordy Glenn will all be on the sidelines. Doug Legursky will draw the start at left guard, which is a slight surprise, given that Kraig Urbik and Cyril Richardson served as the first-team guards in the two joint practices this week. (Urbik will start at right guard, as usual.) Glenn will be replaced by Seantrel Henderson, as he has been for the entirety of camp, as he works back from an undisclosed illness. He still has not taken part in full-team activities in practice.

Dustin Hopkins, Jonathan Meeks, Ty Powell, Tony Moeaki, and Marquise Goodwin will all be out, as well. Hopkins is continuing to deal with a groin issue this week. He missed all of last season with a groin injury. Outside of Goodwin, all are likely fighting for roster spots, and will miss the chance to impress coaches in a game setting.

The Bills and Steelers kick off at 7:30 p.m. ET.
