The Buffalo Bills offense just can't seem to get healthy. With Sammy Watkins and LeSean McCoy expected to return, they will still be without Tyrod Taylor and now Percy Harvin according to Adam Schefter who apparently does not sleep.
Bills WR Percy Harvin, listed as questionable, is not expected to play today due to hip injury.

Bills WR Sammy Watkins plans to play, but he wants to test his calf pregame and is still not 100 percent, per sources.

Another report from Albert Breer mentions LeSean McCoy, who was listed as probable on Friday.
<blockquote class="twitter-tweet" data-partner="tweetdeck"><p lang="en" dir="ltr">Shady McCoy and Sammy Watkins are good to go for the Bills today, outlook on Percy Harvin is less optimistic.</p>— Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) <a href="https://twitter.com/AlbertBreer/status/655680695663239168">October 18, 2015</a></blockquote>
Karlos Williams is still out with a concussion so McCoy will split the load with Boobie Dixon and Boom Herron. It's also reasonable to expect all three Bills quarterbacks to dress today.
Bills QB E.J. Manuel will start today vs. Cincinnati, per sources. Tyrod Taylor expected to dress today, has good chance to play next week.

Speaking of Manuel and Taylor, the soft-spoken Bills quarterbacks explained their bond this week to BuffaloBills.com. Growing up in Virginia together, the pair have known each other since 6th grade. But Manuel still recognizes risk when he sees it.
Bills QB EJ Manuel spoke with his college coach, Jimbo Fisher, last night. Told Fisher, Tyrod's style of play kept him ready/on high alert.

Don't overthink this. Manuel's comments to Jimbo Fisher weren't meant in any derogatory way. After all, Manuel himself was hurt on a running play so he knows the risks.
