Practices for the 2016 East-West Shrine Game began in St. Petersburg, Florida on Monday, and Buffalo Bills general manager Doug Whaley is among many top-level NFL personnel executives taking in the first week of postseason scouting work in the 2016 NFL Draft cycle.

Whaley typically makes visits to the postseason college bowls, so this is not unusual for him. You'll likely hear about him taking in the Senior Bowl at the end of the month, as well.
