As Matt Warren just pointed out to me, Jonathan Williams being inactive is somewhat surprising given McCoy is less than 100 percent. Beyond that, it’s noteworthy that Cyrus Kouandjio is healthy again. He’ll likely serve as one of the team’s extra offensive linemen in jumbo packages. Charles Clay, who was questionable, being active is big for the Bills offense, especially with Woods sidelined.
