Buffalo Bills vs. Oakland Raiders: TV map bigger this week

The Buffalo Bills will be on in some major cities this week.

The Buffalo Bills have endured two consecutive weeks of dismally small television windows but that’s going to change this week as they take on the red hot Oakland Raiders in the 4:05 p.m. time slot.

In the last two weeks, the game was only on in Western New York and the opponent team’s home city of Cincinnati and Jacksonville. This week, in addition to Western New York and the San Francisco Bay area, the Bills and Raiders will be all over the place: most of New York outside the city, most of the New England region including Boston, most of California and Oregon, and major cities like New Orleans, Cincinnati, and Chicago.

Ian Eagle and Dan Fouts will be on the call. They are the second-highest team on the CBS Sports’ pecking order of NFL announcers. Houston at Green Bay doesn’t seem like a big game for Phil Simms and Jim Nantz to call, but they take the top spot anyway.
