The Bills will be without a trio of their secondary pass-catching options against the Raiders today, as Charles Clay, Robert Woods, and Percy Harvin are on the inactives list.
We knew about Woods and Harvin all week, but Clay didn’t travel with the team to Oakland as he’s waiting for the birth of his child and wasn’t officially ruled out until... now.
Mike Gillislee was listed as questionable on the final injury report of the week but will play.
