With the eleventh pick in the 2016 Buffalo Rumblings Community Mock, the Chicago Bears, and general manager Josh Rawdin, have selected Vernon Hargreaves III, cornerback from Florida. Here's what he had to say about the pick:
Before the community draft began my two top targets were Ronnie Stanley and Hargreaves. The Bears ranked in the bottom third in the league on both sides of the ball so either of these guys would be able to make an impact right away.
Stanley would've been a great addition to the Bears offensive line helping keep Jay Cutler off his back.
Hargreaves is the best cornerback available and will be able to step right into the Bears secondary. With him and Kyle Fuller the Bears will have a formidable corner duo for years to come.
