The Buffalo Bills return to the newly-christened New Era Stadium for their second preseason game of the year this afternoon, facing the New York Giants.The team is banged up, which is going to give a number of young players a chance to demonstrate their case for sticking to the roster. Three offensive starters, and five defensive starters (along with important role-players Nickell Robey-Coleman and Manny Lawson) will be inactive today. The Giants are also feeling some hurt, with Victor Cruz, Justin Pugh, and Eli Apple failing to make the trip to Orchard Park.
Of course, this game isn't even the biggest news of today, after the announcements that Karlos Williams had been released and Marcell Dareus was going to check into rehab during his suspension. But hey, at least HBO isn't recording everything.
