The Buffalo Bills will be represented by guard Richie Incognito, linebacker Lorenzo Alexander, defensive tackle Kyle Williams, and linebacker Zach Brown. Incognito is making his second consecutive appearance playing in his third career Pro Bowl. Alexander is in his first since joining Buffalo and second overall. Zach Brown is in his first all star game. Kyle Williams has played in every Pro Bowl since 2010 when healthy, a total of five times.

Running back LeSean McCoy and quarterback Tyrod Taylor pulled out of the game with injuries.
