The Buffalo Bills have had a great start to the season, winning two of their first three games, which currently has the team sitting in first place in the AFC East division. The team’s fans are obviously jubilant after pundits universally across the board projected the Bills to struggle.

Fox Sports’ Colin Cowherd is here to crash the party, though. Recently Cowherd listed the Buffalo Bills as one of six NFL teams that he deems unwatchable.

“If I put a list of the most unwatchable teams in the NFL-- Bears, Colts, Bengals, Jets, 49ers, Bills-- one has an offensive coach,” Cowherd said. “And by the way, the last time we saw the 49ers play was on Thursday against the Rams. The offense was clever, wild, and crazy because Kyle Shanahan will eventually get that puppy turned around the minute he gets Kirk Cousins or Sam Darnold or whoever.”

Bills fans surely don’t want to hear this, but Cowherd makes a pretty good point. The proof is in the pudding that most people rather see a good display of offense rather than defense; all you have to do is look at the kind money the fantasy sports industry is generating. Despite their success this season, the Bills have only managed to put up a lacklustre five touchdowns in their three games.

“But I just think a defensive coach these days-- if you are an NFL owner or a general manager-- I mean, I'll say it again, Andrew Luck had Bruce Arians. They let him go. Ever since they let Bruce Arians go, Andrew Luck has not been the same guy.

“And if you're a football team-- and by the way the Jets are going to get a top quarterback. You've got a defensive coach. You've got to bring an offensive guy in. Because that kid is going to need every minute of his day to be around guys that have his sensibility.”

Cowherd names the Patriots’ Bill Belichick and Seahawks’ Pete Carroll as exceptions to his logic because “they got great quarterbacks”. Obviously then, Cowherd is probably not much of a fan of Bills quarterback Tyrod Taylor, who currently has the third-highest grade handed out by Pro Football Focus to any QB through three weeks of the season.

Even Cowherd does have a point, after 17 long seasons without making the playoffs, it's a safe bet that Bills fans could not care less if non-fans of their squad don’t like watching the Bills; they much rather see the wins continue to pile up.
