The Buffalo Bills made a deal Friday night, trading defensive tackle Marcell Dareus to the Jacksonville Jaguars for a conditional sixth round draft pick in next year’s NFL draft.
Dareus has been on the hot seat all season with the Bills ever since he was sent home for violating team rules before a preseason match up against the Baltimore Ravens. On the season, he only has eight tackles to go with a sack.
Some Bills players weighed in on Twitter once they heard about the news that their former teammate was on the move. Preston Brown, who has been Dareus’ teammate since 2014, had the same initial reaction that most Bills fans had.

Fellow defensive linemen Jerel Worthy and Ryan Davis showed their respect to Dareus on Twitter after finding out the news.

Even former Bills linebacker Shawne Merriman couldn’t believe the news and how the defense of the Jaguars will get even better.
