Buffalo Bills LeSean McCoy wants media respect

The Bills RB had some fun with the press after few picked them to win Sunday

Leading up to last Sunday, there had been caveats to every Buffalo Bills win so far. Press and fans alike were saying things like “it was just the New York Jets” and “It was Trevor Siemien, wait until you face an elite quarterback”.

With those wins behind them, the team prepared to face the offensive juggernaut Atlanta Falcons. Few members of the Buffalo or national media thought the Bills had any sort of chance to win this game. But when the clock hit 0 in Mercedes-Benz stadium the Bills came out on top.

Going into the post game locker room to get interviews from the players, members of the press were forced to eat crow, served to them by star running back LeSean McCoy.

“Ya’ll picked us to lose, so ya’ll can come talk to the winners,” McCoy said. “We were supposed to lose today, but we won so come talk to the winners.”

If the Bills can keep up their stellar defensive play and opportunistic offense, the media probably won’t be picking against them much anymore.
