Buffalo Bills linebacker Ramon Humber, who returned to practice this week after breaking his thumb in Week 4, was upgraded to a full participant at Wednesday’s walk-through practice. Head coach Sean McDermott previously said Humber has a chance to play against the New York Jets on Thursday, and right now the odds of that coming to fruition look pretty good.
Offensive guard Richie Incognito who did not practice at all the day before because of ankle injury was back out on the field on Wednesday as a full participant. The same could be said for safety Jordan Poyer (knee) and center Eric Wood (ankle).
Cornerback E.J. Gaines (hamstring) missed his third straight practice this week after being held out of Sunday’s win over the Raiders. And Charles Clay (knee) was the only other Bill not to participate in day’s practice, as he’s been out since Week 5 with the injury. Both players were ruled out for Thursday night.
Humber and Poyer were listed as questionable, which means it’s 50-50 if they can go.
The Bills are on the road in New Jersey this week to take on the Jets on Thursday Night Football.
